火针配合刺络拔罐治疗脓包性痤疮
Fire needle combined with pricking and cupping treating pustular acne
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with pricking and cupping on pustular acne.Methods 72 patients with pustular acne were selected from dermatology in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016, according to the method of random number table, which were divided into the treatment group and the control group equally, Treatment group were treated by fire needle combined with pricking and cupping therapy, 5～7 d treated with fire needle therapy 1 time, pricking and cupping therapy 1 time once every other day, the control group was treated with isotretinoin capsules combined with erythromycin enteric-coated capsules, isotretinoin capsules was given 10mg, 2times/d and erythromycin enteric-coated capsules 50mg, 2times/d, the 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks as 1 course, for 2 courses. After 8 weeks, the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed. The clinical symptoms and quality of life were evaluated by the acne comprehensive grading system (GAGS) and the specific quality of life scale (Qol-Acne) before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 97.22％, the control group was 80.56％, and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. (P<0.05) The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the scores of GAGS in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the scores of Qol-Acne in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Fire acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping therapy on pustular acne is effective, significantly better than the control group, which can promote heat accumulation, accelerate the metabolism of skin, reduce the area and severity of skin lesions, and thus play a significant role in the treatment.关键词
