摘要
Abstract
Study the therapeutic effect ofthe method of detoxifying and dredging the collaterals and protecting the kidney on diabetic nephropathy. The related literatures in the past ten years were reviewed. The diabetic nephropathy, therapy of detoxifying and dredging the collaterals and protecting the kidneyand the mechanism are summarized and arranged. The method of detoxifying and dredging the collaterals and protecting the kidney has special significance in the intervention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.In addition to the traditional pathological factors, such as yin deficiency, heat dryness and blood stasis, diabetic nephropathy is also one of the pathogenetic factors. the method of detoxifying and dredging the collaterals and protecting the kidney is a new treatment for diabetic nephropathy.关键词
