Abstract
Cold is a common disease which is encountered in clinical practice. There are many people who treat colds with Chinese medicine, but the clinical curative effect is uneven. According to a long-term clinical practice, Professsor TONG Xiaolin found that exogenous pathogenic factors violated human body through three mucosal pathways. On the one hand, the way of invasion is from the skin and mucous membrane, which shows the symptoms of exogenous pathogenic wind, cold and dampness, such as cold fever, pain around the body, no sweat or sweat. According to the severity of cold and heat, Mahuang decoction and Guizhi decoction are selected. On the other hand, the way of invasion is from the respiratory mucosa, which shows the symptoms of wind-heat syndrome, such as runny nose, cough and sputum, sore throat. According to the degree of wind heat, Yinqiaosan decoction and Sangjuyin decoction are selected. On the third hand, the way of invasion is from the enteron mucous membrane, which shows abdominal pain and diarrhea. Huoxiang Zhengqi powder is selected. In clinic, three kinds of mucosal pathways were used to treat colds. This theory has opened up the first course of treating colds from mucous membrane, and has opened up a new way of thinking for the differentiation and treatment of colds.关键词
