Experience of professor JIA Yingjie to treat lung cancer lung cancer coughing

Abstract
Professor JIA Yingjie believes that the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer coughing is "stagnation of qi activity, impaired diffusion and downbearing of the lung". Professor JIA also thinks that physical real evil (mass) or pathological product "phlegm, poison, blood stasis" in chests are accumulated, lung qi can not move on, stagnation of qi activity, lung qi inverse , cause on cough. Professor JIA Yingjie thinks that the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer coughing is qi obstructed, and the lung loss function which is dominating dispersion and ascent, purificication and descent. The pathogenesis of cough is qi in lung counter flow which was caused by qi obstructed, this failure for two reasons, one is the substantial pathogenic factor in the chest, the other is Phlegm or toxin or blood stasis in the chest.In addition, the pathogenesis of coughing is lack of lung qi. First, the lung is attacked by the cancer. Secondly, the lungs which loss function causes qi deficiency. In the end, coughing was caused by qi deficiency. The treatment method of lung cancer coughing is to relieve qi congestion. The idea of recognizing this disease is a syndrome differentiation. The main treatment to clear the chest qi, removing phlegm and blood stasis. At the same time, we must pay attention to eliminate pathogenic factors and the combination.关键词
