活血通络法预防血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症
Prevention of complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients with Huoxue Tongluo

Abstract
Objective To study on the effect of promoting the methods of Huoxue Tongluo to improve the internal fistula in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 60 patients were selected from May 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital blood purification center for MHD and using the new internal fistula, the were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the treatment group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo powder combined with self-made Shujin Tongmai cream regularly external fistula, control group was received clopidogrel 50 mg daily, once a day, topical Hirudoid ointment. Two groups of clinical symptoms and blood coagulation indexes were observed in 12 months. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%, the total efficiency of control group was 70%, the treatment group of clinical symptoms and signs improved significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05), the incidence of vascular sclerosis, aneurysm, stenosis and embolization in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group. After treatment, the blood coagulation results were significantly changed, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Tongluo medicine can improve the blood flow of internal fistula and reduce embolism in hemodialysis patients. The method of Huoxue Tongluo methods can prevent complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients, and has a certain curative effect on the incidence of arteriosclerosis, aneurysm, stenosis and embolism. It is expected to be carried out widely.关键词
