提壶揭盖法在乳腺癌术后上肢水肿中的运用

Abstract
There are long history that using "Tihu Jiegai" to treat disease, in clinical practice, we usually apply to"through the treatment of the underlying disease to treat the disease above , activities of qi in the upper Jiao is open, and the activities of qi in the lower Jiao is also smooth." Starting with the theory of "Tihu Jiegai" that is opening Xiaqiao through opening the Shangqiao. In the choice of drugs and prescriptions, Platycodon and almonds are basic drugs, adding ephedra, bupleurum, perilla, Schizonepeta, windproof and other drugs. These drugs together play a role in "Tihu Jiegai" and inducing diuresis to alleviate edema. According to the characteristics of clinical disease machine, the drugs such as cassia twig, cassia bark and dried ginger are added into the prescription to treat yang deficiency;The drugs such as Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, Cortex Magnolia Officinalis, and Atractylodis Rhizoma are added into the prescription to treat stagnation of the circulation of vital energy; the drugs such as peach seed, the root of red-rooted salvia and Ligusticum wallichii are added into the prescription to treat stagnation of blood; The drugs such as Peppermint, honeysuckle, forsythia Forsythia are added into the prescription to treat damp-heat syndrome. The long-term effect of this method is ideal and the side effect is small, which provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of this disease by Chinese medicine.关键词
