电针治疗膝骨关节炎的步态特征研究
Gait analysis of knee osteoarthritis treated with electroacupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Objection The gait function of the patients with knee osteoarthritis was analyzed and the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture was observed in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 60 patients of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided treatment group and control group, each group has 30 patients. The treatment group were treated with patellar four points of electroacupuncture , while the control group were treated with routine body acupuncture.The gait function of the patients was compared for 4 weeks before and after the treatment. Results The space-time parameters of the gait in the treatment group were all superior to those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Especially in the walking speed and stride length, the difference between the treatment group and the control group is very significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture can obviously improve the walking speed, increase the walking stability, and further improve the walking ability of the knee osteoarthritis.关键词
