PTEN和Beclin1在维吾尔族、汉族人群子宫内膜异位症中的相关研究
Correlation between PTEN and Beclin1 in Xinjiang Uygur and Han population with endometriosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expressional differentiations of phosphatase gene (PTEN) and Beclin1 in patients with endometriosis between Uygur population in Xinjiang and Han population.Methods A total of 56 patients with endometriosis (25 Uygur patients and 31 Han nationality patients) and 20 patients with myoma of uterus (10 Uygur patients and 10 Han nationality patients) in our hospital were selected.And the expressional differentiations of PTEN and Beclin1 in ectopic endometrial tissue and ectopic endometrium in all patients were detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between the expression of PTEN,Beclin1 and the occurrence of endometriosis in different populations were analyzed.Results The expression of PTEN and Beclin1 in normal group in ectopic endometrial tissue and ectopic endometrium were gradually lower than the control group and endometrial group,and the positive rates in expression of PTEN and Beclin1 in the endometrial group were lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).In the same group,there was no significant difference in the expression of PTEN and Beclin1 between Uygur population in Xinjiang and Han population (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The expression of PTEN and Beclin1 have close correlation with endometriosis.There is no significant difference between Uygur population in Xinjiang and Han population.关键词
