Expression and clinical significance of PDCD4 and MMP-7 protein in human gastric carcinoma
目的 探讨PDCD4和MMP-7在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法 选择手术切除的胃癌组织标本70例,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测70例胃腺癌及癌旁组织的PDCD4和MMP-7的表达水平,探讨其与临床病理学参数的关系.结果 在胃癌组织中MMP-7呈高表达,显著高于对照组(78.6％ vs.22.9％,P＜0.05),而PDCD4呈低表达,显著低于对照组(31.4％ vs.75.7％,P＜0.05);PDCD4和MMP-7表达均与淋巴结…查看全部>>
