Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of oxalic acid escitalopramand and fluoxetine on treatment of depression.Methods Totally 100 patients with depression were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was treated with oxalic acid escitalopramand,while the control group was treated with fluoxetine.Effect,complications and the scores of CGI,HAMD,HAMA were compared and observed.Results The score of CGI in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the HAMD in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 14.81％,which was significantly lower than 23.91％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Oxalic acid escitalopramand has a better therapeutic effect on treating depression and less adverse reactions.关键词
