洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐对根尖生物膜作用的体内研究
Effect of 2％ chlorhexidine digluconate against periapical biofilms in vivo
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The aim of the study was to evaluate the antibiotic effect of 2％ chlorhexidine digluconate ( CHX) against periapical biofilms. Methods:Forty premolar root canals with experimentally induced apical periodontitis from two one-year-old beagle dogs were instrumented and assigned to 2 groups,that test group(n=20)irrigated with 2％CHX and control group( n=20 ) irrigated with sterile saline. Teeth were restored, and the animals were sacrificed after 90 days. Sections from the maxillae and mandibles were stained with modified-Brown&Brenn and examined under light micro-scope. Results:Compared with control group,neither the positive rate nor the average thickness in 2％CHX group possessed significant bias(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Chlorhexidine digluconate applied as irrigating medication alone could not achieve satisfying antibiotic effect against periapical biofilm in vivo.关键词
