下颌运动轨迹描记在无牙颌颌位记录中的应用
Applying mandibular kinesiograph to record the maxillomandibular relation of edentulous patients

Abstract
Objective:The objective of this study was to apply mandibular kinesiograph to recording the maxilloman-dibular relation of edentulous patients. Methods:Eight volunteer edentulous patients were selected randomly, prepared im-pression and plaster model,fabricated occlusion rim. Then JT-3D mandibular kinesiograph meter was used to record habitual opening and closing movement and mandibular postural position( MPP) . The patients were guided to close mouth 2 mm above the MPP on sagittal plane. At the position the maxillomandibular relation was fixed with the occlusal record silicone rubber. Freeway space and posterior teeth occlusion methods were used to verify the relation correctly. Results:The maxillomandibu-lar relation of all the edentulous patients was correct by applying mandibular kinesiograph. Conclusion:Mandibular kinesio-graph can be applied to record the maxillomandibular relation of edentulous patients more intuitively and conveniently than traditional methods.关键词
