摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the accuracies of the implant placements in anterior or molar regions of maxilla by using computer-assisted guide template navigation. Methods:Seventy cases were equally divided into 2 groups based on the regions of the implants used computer-assisted navigation. The deviations between virtual and practical placements were ana-lyzed. Results:All of the seventy implants were placed successfully and showed favorable effect after 12 months follow-up. Significant lower mean deviations at the apex point,depth and angular error were observed for the implants in anterior regions compared to the first molar region(P<0. 05),while no significant difference was found at the entry point(P>0. 05). Con-clusion:Computer-assisted guide template navigation appears to offer favorable effect on the implants both in the anterior and molar regions. However,different accuracies were found in these two regions.关键词
