瘢痕子宫妊娠并发妊娠期高血压对母婴结局的影响
The Clinical Observation of the Influence of Scar Uterus with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension on Maternal and Neo-natal Outcomes

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of scar uterus with pregnancy induced hypertension on maternal and neonatal outcomes. Methods 100 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects, the 43 cases of scar uterus were set as the observation group, and the other 57 ca-ses of non scar uterus were set as the control group. The two groups of pregnancy induced hypertension were treated with con-ventional treatment after diagnosis. Observe and compare the two groups of pregnancy complications ( placental abruption and placenta previa, heart failure, DIC, HEILP syndrome) and the incidence of pregnancy outcome ( premature birth, antepartum hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section, hysterectomy, uterine rupture, neonatal asphyxia, low birth weight, perinatal death) . Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in placental abruption, placenta previa, heart failure, DIC and HEILP syndrome (P>0. 05);the observation group's premature birth, an-tepartum hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section, hysterectomy, uterine rupture, neonatal asphyxia, low birth weight and perinatal mortality rate were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion Scar uterus with pregnancy induced hypertension can increase the incidence of adverse maternal and fe-tal outcomes.关键词
