Abstract
Analysis gas pulsation based on acoustic wave theory,giving boundary conditions for the cylinder opening and closing of reciprocating compressor,modeling the calculation model of gas pulsation in compressor pipeline system. Construct experimental platform for measuring gas pulsation. The measurement result of gas pulsation are compared with calculation results, the error is only about 10% .Which verify the accuracy of the calculation model. According to the actual engineering case,using the pressure pulsation calculation model,discussing the influence of two factors on gas pulsation,which are the diameter of exhaust buffer tank、pipe length between exhaust port and buffer tank. The results show that the diameter of the buffer tank is the main factor to cause the gas pulsation. The larger the volume of the buffer tank,the smaller the gas pulsation amplitude;the longer the connecting pipe length of the exhaust port and the buffer tank,the greater the gas pulsation amplitude.关键词
