Abstract
The crankshaft connecting rod piston mechanism of LJ63XZ refrigerator compressor is taken as the research object, and the simulation and analysis of the piston linkage mechanism of the crankshaft connecting rod is carried out,The 3D model of crankshaft connecting rod piston is established by using SolidWorks software,The displacement,velocity and acceleration curves were drawn by MATLAB software.The results of the piston motion analysis show that its acceleration reaches maximum when the piston moves to the upper dead point.Resulting in high pressure on piston end surface,at the same time,the stress transferred to the connecting rod and crankshaft comes to extreme value,as a result,the connecting rod and crankshaft suffer great stress and wearing at this point.关键词
