摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the anti-cavitation performance of a segmental multistage centrifugal pump with a circular suction chamber,the hydraulic optimization of suction chamber was carried out by using the spiral structure with symmetrical distribution instead of the circular structure,and the flow fields of the multistage centrifugal pump with and without optimization were analyzed by numerical simulation method,finally the cavitation test was carried out to verify the optimization of suction chamber. The results show that the flow fields of the suction chamber with optimization are significantly improved,the pressure at the impeller blades entrance is increased,and the anti-cavitation performance of the pump is improved. The cavitation test proves that the pump cavitation performance fully meets the design requirements.关键词
