摘要

Abstract

The preparation process,structure property and absorption property of carbon microsphere produced by cotton fiber were discussed.Hydrothermal carbonization method was adopted.Cotton fibers were used as the raw matetial to produce carbon microsphere.Series studies were done for carhonization temperature.The morphology,infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction pattern,particle size distribution and absorption property of carbon microsphere were tested.The result shows that fibers carbonization is started when the catalyst concentration is certain and the carbonization temperature is 150℃.As the temperature increase,the carbonization extent is strengthened.Excellent carbonization situation will be obtained when the temperature is 210℃.The most part of crystalline region is broken and abundant functional groups are generated.The average diameters of particles are around 530.6 nm.The absorption capacity can be reached 145.420 rng/g.It is considered that the carbon microsphere produced by abandon cotton fabrics has better absorption property.
