偏压溅射对蒸镀涤纶织物膜基结合牢度的影响
Influence of Bias Sputtering on Membrane-based Binding Fastness of Vacuum Evaporation Plated Polyester Fabric
摘要
Abstract
Influences of bias sputtering on membrane-based binding fastness of vacuum evaporation plated polyester fabric were discussed.Under the condition of different argon gas flows,the properties of polyester fab rics like surface morphology,static water contact angle,wicking height,infrared spectroscopy and membranebased peel strength and so on were tested and analyzed.The test result shows that the hydrophilic property of polyester fabrics is improved after bias sputtering treatment.The membrane based binding fastness is obviously strengthened too.When the argon gas flow is 100 mL/min,better effect can be achieved through the treatment process.It is considered that bias sputtering argon ion can enhance the membrane-based binding fastness of polyester fabric,the hydrophilic property of fabrics can be improved.关键词
