纳米级蛛网纤维膜的制备与空气过滤性能研究
Preparation of Nano-fiber-nets Membrane and Its Air Filtration Property Study

Abstract
The controllable preparation of PA6 nano-fiber-nets membrane and its air filtration property were discussed.PA6 nano-fiber-nets membrane was prepared by electro-netting technology.The influences of solution mass fraction and BaCl2 additive amount on the morphology structure,filtration efficiency and resistance pressure drop of membrane were studied.It was compared with PA6 nano-fiber-nets membrane.The test results show that the nano-fiber-nets coverage rate is increased firstly and then decreased as the increase of PA6 solution mass fraction or increase of BaCl2 content.The filtration efficiency and resistance pressure drop are both reduced.When the PA6 solution mass fraction is 15 % and the BaCl2 content is 1 %,the filtration quality factor of nano fiber-nets membrane is the highest.The dust holding capacity of nano fiber-nets membrane is bigger than nano fiber-nets membrane due to its surface filtration method.And it has better reusable property.It is considered that higher coverage rate of nano-fiber-nets and stable three-dimensional curving pore and cavity structure are the keys for nano-fiber-nets membrane with higher filtration efficiency,lower resistance pressure and bigger dust holding capacity.It can be used for the fields of air filtration.关键词
