纳米氧化锌对热风非织造材料抗菌性的影响
Influence of Nano ZnO on the Antibacterial Property of Hot-air ES Nonwovens
摘要
Abstract
Influence of nano ZnO on antibacterial property of hot-air ES nonwoven was discussed.Hot-air ES nonwovens were taken as study object.The reaction of Zn(NO3)2 and hyperbranched polyesteramide in water solution was used to generate nano ZnO and then it was deposited into hot air ES nonwovens.Therefore,the functional finishing was achieved.The property changes of materials before and after finishing were studied.The test results show that the strength of nonwovens after nano ZnO finishing is slightly reduced compared with that of nonwovens without finishing.The contact angle is slightly increased while the air permeability shows a certain decrease.It is considered that the hot-air ES nonwoven after finishing has better antibacterial property and the other basic properties of material can meet the requirements.关键词
