平行纺羊毛涤纶双向包缠纱捻度的优化
Twist Optimization of Wool Polyester Bi-directional Wrapped Yarn with Parallel Spinning
摘要
Abstract
Influence of different twist on wool polyester hi-directional wrapped yarn with parallel spinning was discussed.Polyester filament was used as covering filament.Wool roving was used as core yarn source.By changing the speed of hollow spindle,six kinds of wool polyester bi-directional wrapped yarn with different twists were successfully spun.Their surface structures were observed.The related properties like mechanical properties,hairiness,and yarn evenness etc.were tested.The test results show that appearance of wrapped yarn is uniform and overall properties are optimized when the twist of bi-directional wrapped yarn is 350 twists/m.It is considered that wool polyester bi-directional wrapped yarn can be used for the development of loose,breathable and soft knitted and woven products.关键词
