Abstract
Optimized process conditions for NMMO treatment of hemp fabric were discussed.The comprehensive grade according to bending length,creasy recovery angle,air permeability and comprehensive index of liquid water dynamic delivery were taken as evaluation index.Response surface method was adopted for optimization.The test results show that the optimized treatment process obtains with response surface method is 30.15 g/L NMMO solution,45 min treatment time and 63.7 ℃C treatment temperature.Treating hemp fabrics with processing condition,the difference between comprehensive grade and predicted comprehensive grade is only 4.98 %.The result is close to the predictive value.Moreover,the wearability and fabric style of hemp fabric are improved.It is considered that it is feasible for NMMO treatment of hemp fabric using response surface method to optimize the process condition.关键词
