摘要
Abstract
Analyses and treatment method for quality complain of denim yarns were discussed.According to the quality control key points for denim yarns,the treatment communication process,quality problem analyses method & principle for complaints were simply reviewed,which included quality issue of chemical fiber splicing,quality issue of slub yarn style,sulphur black foreign fibers in denim fabric,polyester slub defect concentration in pure polyester yarn,yarn weight deviation excessive and so on.It is pointed out that quality complaint can be handled well by understanding the complaint content,details and requirements from the users particularly,well managing the investigation and understanding of quality problems and doing reduction experiments if necessary.It is considered that better quality management level for spinning enterprises can improve the product competitiveness.关键词
