Abstract
Production key points for pure Gracell fiber spinning were discussed.Properties and physical indexes of Gracell fiber were introduced.Moisture regain of raw material was well controlled.The yarn unevenness of drawn silver was reduced by controlling the beater speed,improving fiber straightness,improving extended paral lelization & separation degree of card silver and so on.Roving twist factor was optimized.Processing parameters and special spinning equipment were reasonably selected.Meanwhile,the management and cleaning of workshop were well done.The temperature and humidity of workshop was well controlled.Then the Gracell 27.8 tex yarn was successfully spun and the product quality could meet the design requirement.It is considered that well grasping the processing configuration of Gracell serial yarn is beneficial to the development of colored spun yarn.关键词
