有机蒙脱土对乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物复合材料成瓷性能和阻燃性能的影响
Effects of organic montmorillonite on ceramifiable property and flame retardance of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composites

Abstract
Ceramified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer ( EVA ) composites filled with wollastonite, phosphate glass frits and organic montmorillonite ( OMMT ) were prepared by melt blending. Ceramic residues were formed when these composites were fired at 600,700,800,900 and 1000 ℃ for 30 min, respectively.Cone calorimeter and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed to evaluate the flame retardance and thermal stability of the composites, and the density and flexural strength of the residues were tested to evaluate ceramifiable properties of the composites. X-ray diffractometer ( XRD ) was employed to characterize the intercalated structure between EVA and OMMT. Results showed that an ordered interaction structure between EVA and OMMT was formed,and the peak of thermal decomposition rate and the peak of heat release rate decreased with the increased content of OMMT,and the infiltration between ceramifiable fillers was facilitated,which leaded to the improvement in bulk density and flexural strength of the residues and the decreasing in their water absorption.关键词
