当前农业新业态发展的阶段特征与对策建议
Stage characteristics and suggestions for the current new agricultural industry

Abstract
The new agricultural industry is the product of industrial innovation and industrial integration when the development of modern agriculture reached a certain stage. Currently, the characteristic of "new" embodies in the technical progress, agricultural multifunctional development, and the value of new factors. According to the path of generation, the new agricultural industry can be divided into 5 categories: service-oriented new agricultural industry, innovation-oriented new agricultural industry, socialized new agricultural industry, internally integrated new agricultural industry, and comprehensively integrated new agricultural industry. From the perspective of life cycle stage, leisure agriculture and e-commerce are in the stage of growing, showing a great potential for the future development. Other new agricultural industries are still in the embryo stage. From the perspective of geography, the development of new agricultural industry is highly related to the economic and technological levels of the region. New agricultural industry in the eastern region has developed more fully; while in the western region, it is relatively slow, showing a spatial gradient pattern from the east, to the middle, and then to the west. Large and medium-sized cities are the important areas of new agricultural industry. Currently, the new agricultural industry still has some problems, including the low level of development, lack of infrastructure construction, and weak market supervision. To cultivate and strengthen the new agricultural industry, this paper suggests to clarify the principles of new agricultural industry, to increase infrastructure construction, to enhance public service support, to explore a tight mechanism, and to perfect market supervision and regulation.关键词
