基于有限元的双晶片悬臂梁压电俘能器的建模研究

Abstract
Based on the piezoelectric equation and internal energy as the starting point,in the case of the same piezoelectric area,using the method of finite element software ANSYS and mathematical modeling were established for different length and width ratio (L/w) of the bimorph piezoelectric cantilever beam model.The influence of different aspect ratio of piezoelectric resonator on the output voltage of bimorph piezoelectric vibrator is analyzed.The simulation results show that the piezoelectric voltage of the numerical solution and the finite element simulation of the solution is consistent,verifying the correctness of the mathematical model.And the bimorph piezoelectric vibrator is connected in series under the maximum output voltage,and the output voltage of the piezoelectric vibrator and piezoelectric long wide linear relationship.关键词
