摘要

Abstract

On the basis of robot control,during die casting machinery production technology of single-chip microcomputer control,the method of systemic understanding basic action,the problem of application of manipulator in die casting was solved.It was the showed by the result that choosing manipulator for process operation,help die casting the realization of the automatic production,make the automatic production mode implemented during die casting,can save labor and reduce the incidence of accident risk.In die casting to effective application of manipulator,not only helps to reduce the casting workers labor intensity,on the other hand also help production automation level of ascension,for steady and sustainable development to provide important conditions of pressure casting.
