多惯性传感器的数据采集及其质量筛选研究
Research on Data Collection and Quality Screening for Multi Inertial Sensors
摘要
Abstract
MEMS inertial sensor is widely used in business,but due to the limit of MEMS technology,detection circuit and other conditions,there are disadvantages in terms of precision and reliability of MEMS inertial sensor,some sensors have large errors or completely broken.To solve this problem,design a set of multi inertial sensor data collection system based on STM32,large amounts of sensor data are collected through experiments,based on the error analysis of inertial sensors,a rapid screening method of MEMS inertial sensors is proposed.Then,based on the method of procurement of bulk MEMS inertial sensors were screened,excluding unreliable sensor.It is showed that the system is stable and reliable,the data collection is true and accurate,this rapid screening method is very effective for the screening of MEMS inertial sensors,and can be used in engineering practice.关键词
