Research on Random Error Analysis and Modeling Method of MEMS Accelerometer
摘要
Abstract
MEMS accelerometer has the disadvantages of low signal-to-noise ratio,low precision and poor stability.The main reason is the effect of accelerometer internal random error,so reduce the impact of random error becomes the key to improve the accuracy and stability.Allan variance analysis method is used to analyze the random error of the measured data of the accelerometer,got the influence coefficient of the random noise performance of the accelerometer.Mathematical modeling of the accelerometer data using time series analysis,and the FPE model is used to determine the model and order.Through experimental research,the accelerometer data modeling method is scientific and effective.The measured data are significantly improved in accuracy and stability.关键词
