基于心主血脉理论对中风发病机制的探讨
Discussion on the Disease Mechanism of Stroke Based on the Theory of Heart Governing Blood and Blood Vessels
摘要
Abstract
Based on the disease mechanism that the disease location of stroke is the blood and blood ves-sel,and brain and mental activities are affected,the relationship between heart failing to govern blood and blood vessels and stroke was discussed. Disorder of heart governing blood is the primary pathological dam-age,usually involving heart,like heart rate,heart rhythm,heart valve,morphological changes of heart,blood pressure,hemodynamics,blood,blood lipids,blood vessels,especially arteries. All the disease lesions are due to heart failing to govern blood and blood vessels. Finally there would be the damage of blood vessels ,un-smooth blood circulation,impediment by phlegm and blood stasis,resulting into cerebral vessel occlusion or blood overflowing blood vessels. Heart and brain are closely related. Heart failing to govern blood and blood vessels are the most common disease mechanism of stroke ,and therefore maintaining the normal structure and function of heart,blood and vessels is a key point for preventing stroke.关键词
