肺癌晚期中医辨证论治与西医精准治疗思路探讨
Discussion on Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Precision Medicine on Late-stage Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
The advantage of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for late-stage lung cancer is syndrome differ-entiation and treatment,that is,TCM doctor could identify the causes,location,nature,cold or warm,deficiency or excess,development and transformation of late-stage lung cancer by using four diagnosis and eight princi-ples and summarizing the clinical manifestations,and finally determine the treatment method. Precision medicine is a branch medicine by applying the technology of modern genetics,molecular imaging technology, etc.,combining with the living environment and clinical data,to achieve precise classification and diagnosis, and to make a personalized prevention and treatment protocol. TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and precision medicine has the same effect. The Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treat-ment of lung cancer needs the combination of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and precision medicine,so as to improve the accuracy and reduce false diagnosis and treatment.关键词
