补肾化痰汤联合西药治疗生育期多囊卵巢综合征临床研究
Clinical Study of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Child-bearing Period Treated with Bushen Huatan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) in child-bearing period treat-ed with Bushen Huatan decoction combined with western medicine. Methods:There were 96 PCOS patients meeting with the criteria randomly divided into observation group and control group ,48 cases in each group. The control group was given ethinyl estradiol periodically ,while the control group was given Bushen Huatan decoction besides ethinyl estradiol. Patients in both groups after menstruation were given letrozole for ovula-tion induction. After treated for 3 periods,before and after treatment,the body weight,body mass index (BMI),the changes of reproductive hormones levels were observed. Also the difference between the two groups on endometrial thickness,percentage of dominant follicle,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate after ovulation induction were observed. Results:There were significant difference between before treatment and after treat-ment on body weight,BMI and reproductive hormones levels(P<0.05). There were statistical difference on endometrial thickness,percentage of dominant follicle,ovulation rate and pregnancy after ovulation induction between two groups ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Bushen Huatan decoction in combination with ethinyl estradiol and letrozole for PCOS can reduce body weight and normalize menstruation with less side effects ,well devel-oped follicle,normal endometrial thickness and increased ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.关键词
