益气温阳活血法对轻度认知功能障碍患者干预的疗效观察
Observing Effects of the Method of Invigorating Qi and Warming Yang and Promoting Blood for Treating the Mild Cognitive Impairment

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of invigorating qi and warming yang and promoting blood method treating mild cognitive impairment(MCI). Methods:There were 120 patient with MCI were random divided into treatment group and control group,60 patients in each group. The control group was intervened with the common knowledge education (a manual on health education and related health lecture ,once a month for 6 months) while in the treatment group,patients were given tea bags containing invigorating qi and warming yang and promoting blood herbs as well as the intervention in the control group. Both groups were treated for 6 months. After the treatment,patients were scored with mini-mental state examination(MMSE) and clini-cal global impression(CGI) to evaluate the effect. Results:①In the treatment group,the orientation was im-proved after treatment(P<0.05),and the total MMSE score,memory,attention and space configuration were significantly improved(P<0.01);in the control group,MMSE score and language score were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and memory score was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01). ②Compared with the control group,there was improvement of MCI symptoms(P<0.01),and memory,attention and space configuration were also improved(P<0.01,P<0.01 and P<0.05,respectively) in the treatment group. ③Compared with the control group,treatment group showed good effect on MCI according to CGI score(P<0.01). ④Long term effect:After one-year follow up,there was no adverse reaction in the treatment group,but 3 patients developed into dementia in the control group. Conclusion:The method of invigorating qi and warming yang and promoting blood can relieve MCI.关键词
