扶正化纤方治疗特发性肺纤维化临床研究
Clinical Study of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Treated with Fuzheng Huaxian Formula

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Huaxian formula on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF). Methods:Patients diagnosed as IPF of qi and yin deficiency or phlegm and stasis blocking lung in the pulmonary clinic of Hiser Medical Group were randomly divided into control group and observa-tion group,with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Fuzheng Huaxian formula, while the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine. After 3 months treatment ,patients were observed on changes in traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) syndrome score , pulmonary function , 6-minute walk test (6MWT),St. George's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ). Results:After the treatment,compared with the con-trol group,the observation group showed improved 6MWT and SGRQ scores(P<0.05);also the observation group showed better clinical efficacy on TCM symptom scores than the control group(P<0.05). However, there was no difference on the improvement of pulmonary functions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclu鄄sion:Fuzheng Huaxian formula can improve the activity endurance and life quality of patients with IPF ,with better effect than the acetylcysteine,but has no obvious effect on pulmonary function.关键词
