基于古今文献探讨血府逐瘀汤在临床中的应用
Research on Clinical Application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Based on Ancient and Modern Literature
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and its related drug agents in ancient literature and modern clinical and experimental study,to further expand the scope of its indications. Methods:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction were searched in ancient literature and modern literature on lower limb vascular diseases and ex-perimental study of deep venous thrombosis. Results:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is used to treat symptoms such as headache,chest pain,vomiting blood,and also is widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease and lower limb vascular disease. Conclusion:The scope of indications of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is devel-oped from treating "the blood stasis in the house and chest" to kinds of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as well as lower limb vascular diseases.关键词
