Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Fructus forsythiae decoction on rat ileum activity in vitro. Methods:The isolated ileum of rats were used as the research object. Chloride acetyl chloride (BaCl2), dopamine(DA),adrenaline(Adr) and atropine sulfate(Atr) were used as agents,and the biological signal ac-quisition and processing system was applied to study the effect of Fructus forsythiae decoction on rat ileum in vitro. Results:Fructus forsythiae decoction could significantly reduce the isolated rat ileum autonomous motility,manifesting as the reduction of tension and amplitude of contraction,with a significant dose-effect re-lationship. Acetylcholine chloride and BaCl2 could make intestinal muscle contraction,increase its tension and amplitude,while Fructus forsythiae decoction of different concentrations could antagonize the intestinal con-traction caused by acetylcholine chloride and BaCl2,with the decreased the tension and amplitude(P<0.05). DA,Adr and Atr could inhibit the intestinal motility,manifesting as reduced tension and amplitude,and Fructus forsythiae decoction of different concentrations could further reduce the tension and amplitude in DA,Adr and Atr groups(all P<0.05),indicating the synergistic inhibition of the intestinal tube. Conclusion:Fructus forsythiae decoction has inhibitory effect on intestinal motility ,and its mechanism may be related to the antagonism of M cholinergic receptor,antagonism of calcium ion,activation of dopamine receptor,activa-tion of adrenergic α and β receptors,and may also be a direct inhibitory effect on intestinal tube.关键词
