摘要

Abstract

In order to study biological characteristics of P.guepini Desm.and select fungicides against the pathogen,both colony growth and spore production were tested.The results indicated that both PDA and PSA media were the most suitable for the colony growth and there was the maximum spore output on dextrose peptone agar medium.The suitable temperature for the mycelial growth was 5-30 ℃ and the optimum was 25 ℃.At pH 4 or so the spore output was the maximum.The lethal temperature of the pathogen was 54 ℃.Full dark or full light was favorable for the colony growth and under full light the spore output was the maximum.The tests for carbon sources indicated that amylum and dextrose were favorable for the mycelial growth,and fructose was the most favorable for the spore production.The tests for nitrogen sources indicated that yeast extract,peptone and beef extract were favorable for the mycelial growth,and peptone was the most favorable for the spore production.The toxicity tests of 12 fungicides to P.guepini showed that pyraclostrobin,hexaconazole,carbendazim,prochloraz-manganese chloride complex had a higher toxicity and were ideal fungicides.The above results laid a foundation for efficiently culturing P.guepini under experimental conditions and controlling the disease caused by P.guepini in production.
