摘要

Abstract

One-year-old tissue-cultured plantlets of Bergenia crassifolia were cultured for rooting,and with their rhizomes an experiment of cutting propagation was carried out.The results showed that the one-year-old tissue-cultured plantlets could be up to 5-fold in plant division;When the offshoots' basal parts were soaked with 0.2 mg/L IBA for 20 seconds,their rooting rate could reach 100%;When the cut rhizome bore terminal buds or axillary buds and was 4 cm long,the cuttings' survival rate could reach 90%;The regenerated plants could become commodity seedlings after cultured for six months on the substrate mixed with pearlite,turfy soil and humus at a ratio of 2∶ 1∶ 1.
