低分子量脲醛树脂浸渍杨木强化材的饰面性能研究
Study on Decorative Properties of Poplar Wood Impregnated with Low Molecular Weight UF Resin

Abstract
In this paper , the decorative properties of modified poplar wood were studied by using the fast -growing poplar wood with urea formaldehyde resin .The contact angles of three different polar liquids on the surface of the specimen were measured , and the surface free energy was calculated .The surface bonding quality of poplar woods with different weight percent gain was examined , and the influence of modification on bonding quality was researched .The change of surface functional groups after poplar impregnation was analyzed by FTIR .The results showed that the wettability of wood surfaces increased after modification with UF resin .And the contact angles of different liquids on the surface of the treated samples were lower than those of the untreated samples .With the in-crease of the weight percent gain of poplar wood , the surface free energy showed an increasing trend .And the surface bonding strength increased at first and then decreased .The surface bonding strength was the highest at the weight percent gain of 20%.The infrared spectrum showed that the peaks of the reinforcing samples were stronger than that of untreated wood at the wave number of 3340, 2917, 1738, 1643~1240 cm-1.In conclusion, the veneering properties of poplar woods impregnated with UF resin were related to the weight percent gain , which increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the weight percent gain .关键词
