水稻PKC蛋白Os07g48290与CATs的互作及表达模式分析
Analysis of the Interaction and Expression Pattern of a Rice PKC Protein Os07g48290 and Catalases

Abstract
Catalase (CAT) can effectively eliminate or reduce oxidative damage,and its enzymatic activity is regulated by phosphorylation.Here,an Os07g48290 gene homologous to the protein kinase C δ (PKCδ) was cloned from rice by PCR technology,and the subcellular localization analysis revealed that Os07g48290 was localized at the plasma membrane.Yeast two-hybrid assays showed that Os07g48290 could interact with CATs (CatA,CatB and CatC),and Os07g48290-CatC had the strongest interaction.Bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) and co-localization assays further confirmed the interaction of Os07g48290 with CATs,and all their interaction sites were located at the plasma membrane.Expression pattern analysis revealed that Os07g48290 and CATs were mainly expressed in leaves,and their transcriptional expression was also induced by NaCl and H2O2 stresses.In conclusion,these results indicate that Os07g48290 and CATs may be involved in the response of salinity and oxidative stresses in the form of interaction and phosphorylation in rice.关键词
