切开复位内固定结合同种异体骨移植治疗Rüedi-AllgowerⅢ型Pilon骨折
Treatment of Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ type Pilon fracture with open reduction and internal fixation combined with bone allograft

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation combined with allogenic bone graft in the treatment of Rüedi-Allgower type Ⅲ Pilon fracture.Methods 26 cases of Rüedi-Allgower type Ⅲ Pilon fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation combined with allogenic bone graft.The effect of the treatment was evaluated after operation.Results All patients were followed up for 9 ～ 20 months.At the last follow-up,the AOFAS score was used to evaluate the curative effect.The results were excellent in 17 cases,good in 5 cases,fair in 3 cases and poor 1 case.The rate of excellent and good was 84.62％.Conclusion The treatment of Rüedi-Allgower type Ⅲ Pilon fracture with open reduction and internal fixation combined with allogenic bone graft is a reliable method for the treatment of Rüedi-Allgower type Ⅲ Pilon fractures,which provides a high union rate and good functional outcome.关键词
