摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the analysis of 3D printing plate combined with modified Stoppa approach for the treatmentofpelvicfracture.Methods From Feb 2016 to Dec 2016,12 patients with pelvic fracture were treated by 3D printing plate combined with modified Stoppa approach.The mean age was 38.5 years old,in which there were 8 male and 4 female.According to the Tile's classification,4 cases were type B1,4 cases were type B2,1 cases were type B3,2 cases were type C1,1 case was type C2.Results The mean operation time was 75 min (50 ~ 125) min,the mean blood loss was 350 mL (150 ~ 500) mL.According to the Matta standards,we assessed postoperative fracture reduction,and 10 cases were excellent,2 cases were good.All cases were followed up 3 months,indicating bone healing,good hip function.There were no internal fixation failure,no nerve injury symptoms,no inguinal hernia,no inequality of lower limb,and no deep venous thrombosis and other complications.Conclusion The 3D printing plate combined with modified Stoppa approach for the treatment of pelvic fracture could obviously reduce operation time and the amount of intraoperative bleeding.It had a low complication rate.But it increased the economic burden of patients.关键词
