MIS-TLIF术中混合固定与传统双侧固定治疗单节段腰椎退行性疾病的临床效果比较

Abstract
Objectives To compare the clinical outcomes between hybrid fixation by using pedicle screws plus translaminar screw and bilateral pedicle screw fixation in MIS-TLIF for treating one-level degenerative lumbar spine disease.Methods 79 patients with degenerative lumbar spine disease who underwent MIS-TLIF between Jan 2013 and Oct 2015 were enrolled in this study.37 patients underwent hybrid fixation in MIS-TLIF and 42 patients underwent normal bilateral fixation in MIS-TLIF.Operative time,blood loss,hospital stay length and complication rates were recorded.The ODI score,VAS pain score,Cobb angle data,and fusion rates were obtained.Results In hybrid fixation group,the mean follow-up was (14.8±6.6) months.The average operation time was (119.0±22.4) min,the average operative blood loss was (231.7±31.2) mL,the average hospital stay length was (4.3±1.9) d,the fusion rate at 6 months postoperatively was 94.6％.The average postoperative VAS score,ODI scores and Cobb angle improved significantly.In normal bilateral fixation group,the mean follow-up was (17.9±10.1) months.The average operation time was (153.8±31.3) min,the average operative blood loss was (243.5±24.9) mL,the average hospital stay length was (6.1±2.7) d,the fusion rate at 6 months postoperatively was 92.9％.The average postoperative VAS score,ODI score and Cobb angle improved significantly.No significant differences were found between 2 groups with respect to VAS score,ODI score and Cobb angle.But the hospital stay length and operative time of hybrid fixation group was shorter.Conclusion Hybrid fixation in MIS-TLIF achieves similar outcomes to that of normal bilateral fixation in treating one-level degenerative lumbar spine disease with shorter operation time and hospital stay length.关键词
