摘要

Abstract

Metabolic engineering is important to build a microbial cell factory.In the past 20 years,metabolic engineering has been widely used to produce high value-added bioactive substances and bulk chemicals, greatly promoted the development of pharmaceutical,energy and environment. In recent years,with the development of related disciplines such as synthetic biology,molecular biology and computer science,metabolic engineering has presented many new developments in analyzing metabolic pathways,improving strain performance and enzyme co-localizing expression.This paper reviews the research and application of those technologies.
