摘要
Abstract
Recently,mesoporous silica as a novel drug delivery system has drawn great attention due to its high surface area, large pore volume, facile surface functionalization and good biocompatibility. In this review,we review a variety of drug delivery systems based on mesoporous silica. The influence factors of mesoporous silica on drug delivery efficiency are discussed. We also summarize the studies on stimuli-responsive drug delivery systems based on mesoporous silica and biosafety evaluation.关键词
