ICU护士身体约束实践行为与认知现状及影响因素分析
Physical restraint practical behavior,cognitive status quo and its influencing factors analysis of nurses in ICU

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the physical restraint practice behavior and cognitive status quo of nurses in ICU and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A survey of 187 ICU nurses was conducted by using the self-made ICU nurses' physical restraint practice behavior and cognitive questionnaire.Results:The total mean score of physical restraint practice behavior of ICU nurses was(3.38±0.35),and the total mean score of cognitive items of physical restraint was(0.63±0.12) and the overall correct answer rate was 64.55％;There was significant difference in the physical behavior and cognitive score between ICU nurses with different educational background and receiving related education and training or not(P＜0.05);ICU nurses' physical restraint practice behavior was positively correlated with cognition(r=0.440,P＜0.01).Conclusion:Hospital management departments should speed up the establishment of practical guidelines and procedures for physical restraint,and pay attention to the education of physical restraint related knowledge and practical behavior training.关键词
