我国西北地区综合医院急诊护士核心能力现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of status quo and influential factors of core competence of emergency nurses in general hospitals in northwest China

Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo of core competence of emergency nurses in general hospitals in Northwest China and analyze its influential factors.Methods:A total of 172 emergency nurses were randomly selected from 11 different levels of general hospitals in Northwest China and were investigated by the questionnaire of general information about nurses and Competency Inventory for Redistered Nurses.Results:The total average score of core competence of emergency nurses in Northwest China was (2,90±0.65) points,of which the highest score was in legal ethics and the lowest in critical thinking / research ability.Age and working hours were positively correlated with nurses' core competence scores (r=0.230,P=0.002;r=0.273,P＜0.001).Multiple regression analysis showed that the main factor affecting the core competence of nurses was the title.Conclusion:The core competence of emergency nurses in general hospitals in northwest China was at the upper middle level.It was suggested that nurses should be trained in different grades.关键词
