Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of nurses' creative efficacy and job performance and the relationship between them.Methods:A total of 588 nurses from 3 third grade A hospitals were investigated with general information questionnaire,Innovative Self efficacy Scale and Self-assessment Performance Scale.Results:The average score of nurses' creative self-efficacy was 3.46±0.53,the performance score was 2.48±0.47,there was a positive correlation between them(r=0.32,P<0.01),the professional title and creative efficacy of nurses were the main influencing factors of work performance(P<0.01).Conclusions:Creative self-efficacy and work performance of nurses should be improved,nursing managers should take appropriate measures to improve the nurse's creative self-efficacy,so as to enhance the level of nurses'work performance.关键词
